Annmarie PittmanAnnmarie Pittman is a resident of Alexandria, Virginia, and is a retired International Meeting Planner. She holds a B.S. Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, Texas. She is past president of the Potomac Chapter of Meeting Professional International.

In her local community, Annmarie served as President of the Board of Directors of the Arlington Dance Theatre and as Chair of the City of Alexandria's Arts Commission. She is a volunteer course monitor and local tour guide at the Smithsonian and leads tours for the Arlington County Senior Travel Program. As a member of TWIG, an Alexandria Hospital auxiliary, she offers her time working in the hospital thrift shop.

After her selection as Ms. Virginia Senior America, Annmarie continues to serve the organization as State Director and Pageant Director. On the national level, her involvement with the Ms. Senior America Pageant includes her selection as one of the first Konze Award winners for her work with a Dance Theatre of Harlem/Kennedy Center Outreach Program for Youth, her appointment as Judges Chairperson at the 2000 National Pageant and her selection as Candidate Coordinator from 2001 to the present at the National Pageants held around the country. In 2007, Ms. Pittman received the Honorary Senior America Award for her outstanding support of the Senior America vision..
